You will work for a recruitment company located in London.
SUMMARY/PURPOSE The Recruitment Assistant internship provides a customer focused recruitment advice and administration service for the company .
- Administer the end to end recruitment process, including ensuring that all preemployment checks are completed prior to a candidate commencing employment.
- Formating CV's
To effectively manage recruitment related enquiries to the HR department via phone and e-mail, ensuring that these are dealt with in a timely, accurate and profession manner.
Ensure the delivery of an excellent recruitment service to managers, staff and applicants through provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process.
Contact candidates to arrange interviews both verbally and electronically, prepare recruitment packs for interviews and ensure panel members have the relevant paperwork ahead of the interviews.
Meet and greet candidates on day of interview, as required.
Work with recruiting managers to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the progress of their successful candidate.
Assist with any recruitment events or initiatives that the organisation undertakes throughout the year.
Produce accurate offer letters tailored to each appointment.
Issue and ensure the return of signed contracts for new staff.
Working hours from 10am to 6pm.
Excellent level of English written and spoken.
This in an unpaid internship.
