MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT | STAGE LONDRES REF AN34

You will work for a company who offers properties to rent in London.

This internship involves a lot of different missions in marketing, sales, social media but also in design.

Taks include:
- Marketing and sales
- Social medias
- Help us in the finance and maintenance department. You'll need to speak with clients and suppliers by phone, show properties and help us with payments, receives, etc.
- Take pictures of the houses and rooms. Create presentations, blog layouts, logo, update social media and create all the media kit for the company.

Our team is young, we are from different countries and we are looking to expand the team.

Requirements
- Photoshop, photography and design skills would be great.
- Excellent communicational skills and a good level of English.
- indesign, Photoshop or any other professional design software
- some knowledge in developing info Graphic
- design of graphics using photos
- creating new graphics for websites
- design of leaflets and brochures
- Ability to negotiate and social media proficiency.
- Lettings, Marketing, Customer Service, PR or Sales experience are a plus.

You will be self-motivated, well presented, friendly and very smart.
We are looking for someone who is target driven and motivated for success.
If you have your own laptop with software is a plus.

Start immediately
Any amount of time (preference for someone who can stay 5 months +)

Allowance: £200 per month for the expenses + a part of the oyster card Z 1 and 2.
