Description:
Joining a young and international team in our Berlin office, you will operate in Sales and Marketing Development during the launch of a very famous festival.
Your main mission until April will be:
➢ Sales campaign through phoning. You will actively call German, Austrian and Swiss production companies, filmmakers, NGOs, corporations and public institutions (working in the fields of Ecology or Social Responsibility) to make them submit their spots and films in the competition.
Other key tasks include:
➢ PR & Partners Management: Active prospection of journalists, magazines and websites as well as professional networks around films, ecology and social responsibility, NGOs, public institutions. Autonomous follow-up of various types of daily collaboration with our existing media partners and sponsors, on-schedule reception/provision of texts and graphics for visibility exchanges etc.
➢ Give support to the edition of informative and promotional content of various Festival communication documents, promotional emails, newsletters, press releases, Festival and partner websites, banners, web-videos, printed material and social media.
➢ Assist in the running of the Festival (hotel and transportation covered)
